Instead of forcefully reliving pain, you will learn gentle and safe techniques to revisit the past from your wise, adult perspective. You will become the compassionate, loving parent to your inner child that they always needed. The goal is to release and integrate old pain, not to get lost in it. You are always in control.

It typically consists of one on one theory as well as practical sessions that we both can fix according to our common time slot. There will be guided meditations and hypnotherapy sessions to help you connect with your inner self, and practical journaling prompts, activities, and exercises to help you integrate the work into your life.
